Terms of service

01About Roost

Roost is operated by Northtrack Studios Ltd, registered in England & Wales. These terms apply whenever you browse tracks, book sessions or list a track on Roost. By using the service you agree to them.

02Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and your contact details current — track owners rely on them for cancellations. You must be 16 or over to hold an account.

03Bookings, payments & cancellations

Bookings are contracts between you and the track owner; Roost takes payment on the owner’s behalf. Each track sets its own cancellation window, shown before you pay. If an owner cancels a ride day you receive a full refund.

04Riding is dangerous — ride at your own risk

Off-road motorcycling carries real risk of injury. Roost lists tracks and takes bookings; we do not run, inspect or control any venue. You are responsible for riding within your ability, wearing appropriate protective equipment, holding any licence or insurance a track requires, and following the track’s rules and marshals.

05Track information

Listing details — conditions, facilities, opening days — come from owners and the riding community. We moderate reports but can’t guarantee accuracy; check with the venue before travelling long distances.

06Your content

You keep ownership of reviews and photos you post, and grant us a licence to display them on Roost. Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or that reveals the precise location of a track the owner has chosen to keep private. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

07Acceptable use

No scraping listings, misusing owner contact details, making fraudulent bookings, or attempting to access other riders’ accounts.

08Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid through Roost in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from riding at listed venues.

09Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, refunding any upcoming bookings.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts (or your local UK courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland).
